Participants must be aware of and comply with the terms and conditions set out by the Friend Flute Academy (Friend International Flute Academy)
 

Participants who do not complete the course are still considered to be liable to pay the course fees in full.
 

Friend Flute Academy (Friend International Flute Academy) take no responsibility for participants who are unable to join the course. You are advised to insure against cancellation due to illness as fees are non refundable. Fees are non-refundable upon cancellation by the applicant. As no refunds can be made, you are advised to insure against cancellation to cover unforeseen circumstances (i.e illness, travel cancellations, adverse weather conditions, loss of documents or an invalid passport affecting course attendance etc)
 

To secure your place on the course, a 50% Non-refundable deposit must be paid by the  latest, 10th June 2022.  Your 50% deposit  (payable by the 10th June 2022) forms the first portion of your fees, with the remainder of the course balance payable by the 1st July 2022. Please notify us via email when you have made BACS transactions in order that we can keep a note of who has paid their deposit.
 

Any International bank charges separate to the course fee itself must be covered by the participant.
 

If a participant wishes to pay via paypal, please note that there will be a small charge on top of the course fee which covers a small proportion of our admin fees if using paypal as the payment method.
 

If payment is not received by the due dates specified above, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
 

We are not liable for any loss, damage or theft and recommend that you insure musical instruments and valuable items.
 

Failure to make payment, including any administration charges, by the due date, may lead to disqualification from the course.
 

Registration - If you are under 18, a responsible adult must complete your application form and relevant course payments.
 

Friend Flute Academy (Friend International Flute Academy) reserve the right to refuse attendance if the requirements are not met, the course fee has not been paid in time or the participant’s behaviour is deemed inappropriate by the course moderator.
 

Friend Flute Academy (Friend International Flute Academy) reserve the right to change the faculty at any time to be replaced with someone of equal standing in the profession.

Friend Flute Academy (Friend International Flute Academy) reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this Agreement at any time.
